Loftai Bonsai

The client sells real estate and is developing a new project at Laisvės pr. 60 in Vilnius: 49 fully furnished Japandi-style lofts. The goal was a website that presents the project attractively, helps buyers choose a loft easily and can be found on Google by people interested in lofts in Vilnius.

I built the website from scratch, with no templates. The whole design is tailored to the interior of the project itself, so the site conveys the same calm Japandi mood.

I delivered the following features:

• Interactive 2D floor plans where you can pick a specific loft
• A separate page for each loft with all the information
• Loft filtering by the buyer’s needs
• Simple administration: the client changes prices and loft details themselves
• Basic SEO and Google Analytics setup

The design was created in Figma and the site was built on WordPress with custom solutions, without purchased themes. After launch the client received a video guide on managing the site content.
